In Japan, the lunar calendar had been used until the Western sun calendar
has adopted by Meiji government in 1872.
So, peach flowers do not bloom in peach festival day.
Irises do not bloom in iris’ festival day.
Chrysanthemums do not bloom in the chrysanthemum festival day.
Tanabata is always the rainy season sky and we can not see the Milky Way ….
These sad displacement happens because old seasonal events are late about a month from the the current calendar.
So, we KINGYO-TEI; GOLDFISH CHAFE hold seasonal events in the lunar calendar ,
though it will be late from the excitement of the around people.
