Though You might seem it is boring with the repetition of the same thing,
it is thought that those patterns models are shortcut to the progress.

Real KATA includes “True in recognition”, “Good in ethics”, and “Beauty in aesthetic sense”.
The word 『守破離【SHU-HA-RI】』is said it comes to learning traditional things.

型を守り、それを破り、それを離れる。
